Parking is free with plenty of availability in the Mystic Innovations building lot.

Please enter through either set of entry doors and proceed down the stairs. Franks Barber Co. is the first suite on the right.

Franks Barber Co. Cancellation Policy

To respect our barber’s time, appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 4 hours in advance; otherwise, they will be considered a no-show. The first no-show will be documented, and any additional no-shows within a 6-month period will be charged 100% of the service cost; first-time clients who no-show their appointments will also be charged 100%.

Holiday Policy (November–December)
Due to increased demand, all appointments during November and December will be charged 100% of the service cost if not canceled or rescheduled within the 4-hour window, including first-time no-shows.
