Franks Barber Co. Cancellation Policy

To respect our barber’s time, appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 4 hours in advance; otherwise, they will be considered a no-show. The first no-show will be documented, and any additional no-shows within a 6-month period will be charged 100% of the service cost; first-time clients who no-show their appointments will also be charged 100%.

Holiday Policy (November–December)
Due to increased demand, all appointments during November and December will be charged 100% of the service cost if not canceled or rescheduled within the 4-hour window, including first-time no-shows.
